This is a delicacy here in New Zealand particularly with the Maori people. It is something to be sought after, however I've tried it and think it tastes like seaflavoured snot - but psst - you didn't hear it from me! I do however appreciate the intricate beauty of these gems from the deep and I hope you appreciate my drawing.
